    This would likely be a better app deserving of a higher rating if not for the issue I’ve experienced. For some reason, the app’s VPN blocks my device’s ability to connect to the Internet. This went on for some time. As soon as I realized that the app could’ve been causing this, I decided to remove it. My device’s Wi-Fi symbol popped up immediately and the Internet worked like new again. Again, I didn’t have this problem until after I downloaded this app. It could be some sort of bug, but if not, it makes the app (and McAfee as a whole) appear untrustworthy. I wouldn’t recommend using this, but do so at your risk.

    For this app just keeps loading, it doesn’t do anything else. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled and still nothing.

    I’m not sure why McAfee even offers protection for iPad or iPhone when the app does nothing to offer security. It gives a VPN which is nice but only scanning the Wi-Fi and System which does nothing when you’re on private network. The app constantly logs out and leaves a notif as “ we logged you out due to security” this happens every day. I have to force close the app because it won’t let me log back in after pressing send log, which sends NOTHING! The only reason I use the app is because it’s part of my subscription, but what’s the point when it’s not offering protection, doesn’t scan for viruses or anything of that nature?

    So one time I turned off the phone while I was loading into McAfee (the white loading screen as soon as you open it) When I turned off the phone when I opened it my phone side buttons did not work after that and I couldn't exit mcafee so my phone just turned into a big clock if this happens just to make sure sir suggest the app so you can swipe up at the bottom of your screen and delete the app so your phone works again

    I put in the App. Store for FREE iPhone Cleaner it brings up this app. I download go to run the app they want!outrages prices. Needless to say its been deleted off my iphone! No wonder I never hav3 money its all going to these apps. DARN IT!

  • Made my iPhone nearly non functional

    Made my iPhone nearly non functional. Impacts maps, accessing many basic Internet sites with full security set ups, and all kinds of apps. My phone has continued to think I’m overseas nearly two months after I returned to the U.S. The only thing that Apple care could figure what was causing was this app. Once I removed the app, my phone worked again after being mostly non functional for many weeks. Ironically right after automated renewal. Really disappointed in this app and negative impact on functionality.
