  • Impossible to cancel

    Quality news. Shame about the customer service. The only way to cancel is a phone call or live chat. I have been speaking to the chat agent for more than 30 minutes. Not waiting for them to connect. Speaking to them. My subscription still has not been canceled.

    Please bring back the old version. It is so much easier to download and read issues. It is now hard to see which issues have been downloaded. Same with trying to read The World and 1843. How do you download 1843? I can’t read on the plane? Or the World Ahead…Please, please, please bring back the old app

    Unfortunately was forced to cancel my subscription after this past issue. The paper has grown more biased year after year and it’s with a heavy heart that I part with the paper I once loved 10 years ago. I hope they find their way again.

    Publishing an article about overpaying disabled veterans is atrocious. They left the author’s picture and he is obviously too young and ignorant to know anything about it. I will never support this company ever again!

  • Stuck in my ways

    I’m at an age where each of my rapidly diminishing remaining days is precious, and I find comfort in the actual newspaper print replica version, instead of this, which I find tedious in navigation. The actual paper version in hand, which has always had a smallish typeface, is becoming difficult to read easily, thus the terrific print replica iPad version. If you’re in any of the XYZ+ generations, go for this new, “improved” version. I mourn the passing of the replica print version, but that should be Not Your Problem, or, NYP. Enjoy.

  • Awesome newspaper. Miserable app

    The problem being the best source of news is that us poor readers have to put up with a miserable app. Even with reliable WiFi, this app fails to impress. Hangs all the time, doesn’t auto download and doesn’t connect to new editions.

  • Still no CarPlay

    Thanks for moving the audio feature yet again. I really enjoy hunting for it every week. Still no CarPlay functionality. Still doesn’t integrate with iPhone auto stop features when detecting voices. Just absolute garbage.

  • Live Chat Button dead link

    My holiday double issue (Dec 21-Jan 3) finally arrived Jan 2 and I went into the app to contact the service center. The link to speak directly to the service for delayed deliveries just reroutes to the main help page. There’s a “Live Chat” button on the help page, as a pop-up at the bottom right, but it has no live link - it’s just an image that has no action.
